StingRay Customer Care Plus: Preventive Maintenance Programs for StingRay Parts Washers

Protect your investment. Reduce unexpected downtime. Keep your StingRay performing at its best.

Your StingRay Parts Washer works hard every day. Regular preventive maintenance helps ensure it continues delivering the cleaning performance, reliability, and productivity your operation depends on.

With StingRay Customer Care Plus, a factory-trained StingRay Tech Services technician comes directly to your facility to inspect, maintain, test, and document the condition of your equipment while providing refresher training for your operators and maintenance personnel.

Choose the service frequency that best fits your operation:

Bi-Annual Maintenance — Every 6 Months

Recommended for high-use production environments, multiple-shift operations, demanding cleaning applications, or customers who want the highest level of preventive care.

Includes two scheduled maintenance visits per year, helping identify wear, adjustment needs, and developing issues before they become unexpected downtime.

Annual Maintenance — Once Per Year

A comprehensive yearly preventive maintenance visit designed to keep your StingRay properly inspected, serviced, adjusted, and ready for another year of production.

Annual service is an excellent choice for moderate-use equipment or facilities with an established daily and monthly preventive maintenance program.

What StingRay Customer Care Plus Includes

During each scheduled visit, your StingRay Tech Services technician performs a detailed inspection and preventive maintenance program tailored to your washer. Service may include:

  • Cabinet & Door System — inspect cabinet condition, door seals, compression seals, bearings, latches, position locks and safety limit switches
  • Power Blast Manifold System — verify oscillation, inspect linkage, bearings, swivels, seals, grease relief system and drive motor operation
  • Wash & Rinse Nozzles — inspect nozzle condition and alignment, power-flush manifolds and piping, and replace scheduled nozzles as required
  • Turntable & Drive System — inspect bearings, seals, sprockets, torque limiter, motor and gearhead; lubricate components with specified grease
  • Wash Pumps — inspect pump and motor condition, verify mounting and coupling integrity, and lubricate bearings as required
  • Heating System — verify temperature controls and thermocouples, inspect burner operation and clean the burner blower inlet
  • Solution Level Controls — inspect and clean float controls, verify proper operating level, inspect the water-fill strainer and test the fill solenoid
  • Oil Skimmer — inspect motor, coupling, belt, wipers and heater pads; replace scheduled wear items as required
  • Electrical Control Panel — inspect enclosure condition, grounds, transformer, fuses, timers and controls; verify connections and record operating amperage
  • Cleaning Solution Support — assist your personnel with properly recharging the washer when the equipment has been drained and cleaned prior to the visit
  • Operational Testing — run a complete wash cycle and verify proper operation of the washer and its major systems
  • Preventive Maintenance Review — confirm that recommended daily maintenance procedures are in place and being completed.

Scheduled Maintenance Items Included

Depending on your StingRay model and service agreement, Customer Care Plus can include commonly required preventive maintenance materials such as:

Lubriplate 1444 grease • Mobilith XHP222 grease • oil skimmer wipers • wash nozzles • rinse nozzles • suction-screen cleaning brushes • grease guns

Annual replacement items can be coordinated during the appropriate scheduled visit so your maintenance team does not have to track and source these routine components separately.

Know the Condition of Your Washer

Following the service visit, you receive a detailed StingRay Field Service Report (FSR) documenting the equipment inspected, maintenance performed, operating conditions verified, and any additional repairs or recommendations identified.

If our technician finds something that should be repaired, you remain in control. Recommended repairs are documented and quoted separately before additional work is performed.

Refresher Training Included

Equipment reliability depends on more than components—it also depends on the people operating and maintaining it.

During your Customer Care Plus visit, our technician provides refresher training for operators and maintenance personnel, including proper:

Washer operation • parts loading • cleaning chemistry monitoring • detergent charging • daily maintenance • preventive maintenance • Operation Manual use • safety procedures

This helps new and experienced personnel follow StingRay-recommended practices and get the most from your equipment.

Less Downtime. Better Maintenance. More Confidence.

Waiting until a washer develops a problem can mean unexpected downtime, emergency service, delayed production and costly repairs.

StingRay Customer Care Plus takes a proactive approach.

Regular factory-trained maintenance can help you:

Identify wear before failure • maintain cleaning performance • extend component life • reduce emergency repairs • improve equipment reliability • reinforce proper operator maintenance • maintain a documented equipment service history

Keep Turning the Dirtiest Messes into Successes.

Whether you choose Bi-Annual Maintenance for maximum preventive coverage or an Annual Maintenance Visit for comprehensive yearly service, StingRay Tech Services can build a Customer Care Plus program around your StingRay equipment and operating schedule.
