Parts Washer Option: Pump Sound Barrier

The StingRay parts washer is generally a low noise producing machine. In certain applications and certain washer configurations, additional noise control is required. The pump sound barrier reduces noise from the pump motor. The noise reduction meets the OSHA TWA dBA requirements for industrial areas. The sound barrier surrounds the pump motor lengthening the transmission path and reducing the noise exposure of the operator.  Steel frame Barrier covered with sheet metal is insulated with acoustic sound absorbing and dampening materials. The removable barrier mounts to the pump reservoir.
