PUMP AMP METER

Panel mounted digital display tracks parts washer pump amp draw.  Amp draw of the pumping system is a major indicator of the health of the parts washer system. Gradually increasing amp draw traces wear, indicating maintenance intervals.  Sudden changes, such as drops indicate plugged flow passages or suction screen cleaning requirements.   Digital system calibrated to actual parts washer amp draw requires no adjustment and no maintenance. Accurately calibrated induction coils display instantaneous pump amp draw.  Duplex pump systems have a display for each pump. The amp meter provides a visual indication of the health of the heart of the parts washer and is useful for preventative maintenance

TURNTABLE LOAD CAPACITY UPGRADE

		StingRay parts washers offer one of the highest wash load weight capacities in the industry. Higher rated capacities increase the work that can be performed in the parts washer. Upgraded Turntable capacity insures trouble free service and prevents downtime due to operators overloading the machine.   Turntable capacity is rated as downward thrust (weight) at the center of the turntable.  Off center or tall loads can greatly reduce the capacity due to torque loading on the turntable requiring the rated capacity to be larger than the weight of the wash load.
Load Capacity Upgrades

HIGH-LOW PRESSURE (DUPLEX PUMP)

Selectable output pressure of the pumping system allows cleaning delicate parts with low pressure and allows for high impact washing of difficult soils in the same machine.  Panel mounted heavy-duty NEMA 12 selector switch with a choice of high or low pressure is easily operated. 

TURNTABLE JOG

Convenient panel mounted industrial control for easy rotation of the turntable during parts loading. Control Panel-mounted Heavy Duty Industrial NEMA 12 Push-button Switch for reliability jogs turntable while door is open. Turntable Jog feature allows easy positioning and inspection of load after wash cycle.

HOUR METER

Panel mounted industrial hour meter maintains parts washer usage allowing for scheduled maintenance based on operating hours. Electrically operated Hour Meter is easy to read and accurately measures operating hours. Total operating time of parts sasher is used as a trigger for preventative maintenance and service schedules such as external bearing lubrication and pump lubrication.

STAINLESS STEEL CABINET All standard weldments of basic parts washer that are wetted during washing are made from 304 grade stainless steel or equivalent materials that are resistant to corrosion.  All cabinet walls, structural items and weldments in contact with wash solution are stainless steel. Pump piping, PBM and turntable are stainless steel.  Cabinet door frame, skin, internal reservoir cover and reservoir lids are stainless steel. Excluded are the pump, gas heat exchanger, turntable bearings, swivel, and optional equipment like the sludge scraper.

STRETCHED (EXTENDED) WORK HEIGHT MILD STEEL

StingRay can easily change any standard size machine to a new height for cleaning taller parts. Increasing the height of the cleaning area in the parts washer cabinet allowing washing parts taller than the standard machine work height.  Depending on overall wash chamber height, an increase to the heavy duty turntable option may be recommended.

STRETCHED WORK HEIGHT STAINLESS STEEL

Standard work height stainless steel Parts Washer with increased or decrease working height to accommodate specific part sizes or special washing conditions. StingRay can easily change any standard size machine to a new height for cleaning taller parts. All components are stainless steel just like the stainless steel cabinet description.

STAINLESS STEEL HEAT EXCHANGER

For use in Stainless Steel cabinet machines, gas heat exchanger or steam heat exchanger is fabricated from a non-hardening Chrome-Nickel AISI 304 grade stainless steel.  The 304 Stainless Steel offers good corrosion resistance and heat resistance in alkaline wash environment.

All components of the pumping system below the water line are stainless steel.

HEAVY DUTY DUPLEX PUMP The StingRay Heavy-Duty Upgraded pump system with larger shaft and bearing system is for abrasive and aggressive parts washing applications. The larger diameter shaft supports the pump impeller and prevents shaft deflection thereby reducing wear on critical components particularly in the throttle bushing and suction eye. These two areas are the key wear zones in a cantilever centrifugal pump. The larger main bearing handles heavier loading and increases life. The shaft diameter increase adds 186 % to the stiffness and the larger size bearing adds 162% to the L10 bearing life.
